The service
Kapra SaaS is a cloud-based accounting and inventory platform built for wholesale businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any free trial terms are shown when you subscribe. Payments are made using the methods offered in the service.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solutyics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. You remain responsible for keeping your own records and backups.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the platform or other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
